AVA Development Society works in agricultural research and farmer development through partnerships with organizations such as the International Rice Research Institute and HarvestPlus. Its research activities include farmer surveys, crop management studies, drought-related research and gender-focused agricultural studies. AVA also supports zinc rice promotion by helping multiply and distribute seeds, educating farmers and creating public awareness.
